Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges apply at the moment only for domestic orders.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Merchandise must have all tags attached. Any merchandise marked “Clearance” can only be returned for store credit. Hair accessories, opened beauty products, earrings, ear cuffs, panties and bodysuits cannot be returned. All footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.

Discount products can only be exchanged with another discounted product.
Items on SALE are not refundable.

 

Return

1) Start your return by filling the form

2) Choose a return for store credit or for a refund. Please note, returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, bank account in case of C.O.D.) will require a handling & processing fee of 5 euros, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3) Please write your order # on the outside of the package.

4) Drop off the package at your nearest Elta Porta-Porta location.

 

Exchange

Exchange of a purchased item can be made only for the same item in a different size and/or color depending on availability.

1) Start your return by filling the form

2) Choose a new size and/or color of the product you want to return.

3) You will receive a message noting you the availability of the product. If the product is unavailable you may proceed to a return. If the product is available it will be held for you.

4) Please write your order # on the outside of the package.

5) Drop off the package at your nearest Elta Porta-Porta location.

6) As soon as we receive the package your new product will be shipped.

 

Refunds and Processing

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Faulty Item

If you should receive a faulty item please contact us at: info@dorothyboutique.gr stating all order details in order for us to inform you how to proceed with the return.
